Rome, Italy - Minister of State for International Development and Diaspora, Neale Richmond TD, today (Thursday 10 July) attended the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome.

This annual conference brings together Governments, international organisations, financial institutions, businesses, regions, municipalities and civil society, united by a shared commitment to strengthen Ukraine’s resilience.
